While we offer legal services in many areas, our primary areas of expertise and emphasis are in criminal defense, family law (including contested and uncontested divorce, paternity, custody disputes, and guardianships), personal injury, and negotiated real estate and other complex contracts.
Our founding shareholder, George S. Diumenti II, has been practicing in Davis County, since 1970. He brings a great deal of experience, street smarts, and common sense to bear for each of the clients he helps. His fellow shareholder, Michael S. Edwards, has practiced in Davis County since 1999. Mike is known for his close attention to detail, personable service, and passion for ensuring that each client gets through their situation as well as they can. Our associate, Andy M. Leger, joined the office in 2007. Andy previously practiced in St. George, and has already established himself as a skilled advocate.
